Madeleine Jude is a textile designer and weaver best known for her beautiful heirloom quality handwoven blanket throws and co-ordinating accessories. Influenced by the antique rugs woven by Swedish weavers in the early 20th century and other Scandinavian textiles. Her throws are entirely produced by her, by hand, from the warping of the loom to the weaving, the scouring and fulling of the cloth and finishing. Her work is available for sale through her website and a few select stores. Custom orders and commissions are welcome and Madeleine frequently works with interior designers on bespoke commissions.
