I am a narrative / figurative carver taking inspiration from the natural form of the log or tree. I use recycled, found wood, logs or trees that are dead or dying in an attempt to be eco-friendly. I allow the wood to tell me what to carve, but that usually involves the human figure, while I search for the story hidden in the wood.
