The IAC is pleased to support the 13th “Shiwan Cup” International Youth Ceramic Sculpture and Architectural Ceramics Art Competition. Under the theme “Ethereal Aspirations”, the competition aims to capture the profound essence of shaping clay into vessels, while encouraging innovation and new talent. The 2025 Shiwan Cup will continue to provide a platform for international and regional exchange and cooperation through the medium of ceramic culture. Applications for the 13th Shiwan Cup are open to all young ceramic artists, designers, teachers, students and interdisciplinary creators until 31 July 2025. Participants must be between the ages of 18 and 45. The jury will make its final selection on 12 October 2025 at the Guangdong Shiwan Ceramics Museum. Now in its 13th edition, the Shiwan Cup continues to showcase the excellence of ceramic artists around the world, highlighting emerging talent, innovation and the reinterpretation of classics in this transformative period for both Chinese and international ceramic art.
