The exhibition Festivitas is a tribute to contemporary crafts. Showcasing works by 21 members of the Swedish Crafts Centre, all professional craft artists, who use their expertise in craftsmanship and knowledge of materials to create a celebration of contemporary crafts.
Festivitas was produced in a collaboration between the Swedish Crafts Centre and Form/Design Centre in Malmö. The aim is to highlight and recognise crafts as an artistic discipline, to spread knowledge about crafts and to strengthen the opportunities for exhibiting crafts in Sweden.
