This ceramic technique is very demanding and quite unique. If somebody ever seen ceramics fired with a crystalline glaze, they were probably impressed. A technique that involves both a unique glaze and firing process leaves the piece with colored crystals throughout the glaze, which give the ceramic a unique and extraordinary appearance. Crystalline glaze creates a beautiful and unique pattern. While it creates an amazing appearance, firing a crystalline glaze is sometimes extremely difficult.
