My workshop studio is where my heart feels free. La Bottega 36 is a beautiful rustic artisan workshop in lovely Santarcangelo di Romagna, a medieval village located in northern Italy. It is one of the few workshops remaining almost unchanged over time in this village. Here is where I make and sell my products: raku wares, ceramic pottery and sculptures, fabrics hand-woven with a traditional italian hand and foot powered loom. My creations are exclusively handmade, from the modeling to the shape and decoration. I was fortunate enough to come across the means to set up my own little ceramics studio in my home in late 2012, though I have been passionate about ceramics since when I was first introduced to them when I was a child. I decided to open an online shop with the hope that I could reach an audience outside of the little one that I had, and finally make enough doing what I love that I don’t have to do anything else. I want people to be able to own a piece of artwork created with love and passion to bring joy and interest to their day-to-day life.
