Kizikian rugs are special and distinguished among Caucasian rugs due to their artistic value, performance technique and distinctive aesthetics. They carry important information. Ancient cultural traditions of the creator ethnos, the way of life, the entrepreneurial habit and the attitude towards the environment can be seen in the colours of the fabric and technique of making the ornaments.

Workshop “PESVEBI“, which was established in 2006, continues this tradition. The studio is located in Dedoplistskaro and employs eight local women. Two of them are disabled persons. The studio has 20 years of experience in the restoration and development of traditional Georgian rugs. The products created here, are distinguished by the density of weaving, the colour, and the high artistic level of the composition of the ornaments. The workshop is the only one in Georgia, which has considerable experience in dyeing with natural dyes. Based on ethnographic material, it conducts experiments with dyes that are no longer used. Success in this field is important because the traditional colours significantly contribute to the high quality of the work, which has been repeatedly admired by experts at various exhibitions. We have received the certificate as the best handicraft product in the Transcaucasia. The workshop has participated in Georgia as well as in many international exhibitions.  The workshop is located in the Dedoplistskaro biosphere reserve and has been awarded the Kakheti brand mark.

Based on historical prerequisites, the workshop restored and developed this field of cultural heritage. Years of experiments (both in design and technology), have allowed us to create products adapted to modernity, which have solved many important problems, thus bringing benefits to us and society. The trend of buying handmade items has increased; consumers want to buy products combined with natural materials and old, traditional visuals. We allow our customers to use unique Georgian products in their daily life and thereby express their individuality and special style.

The workshop promotes their region, when their handicrafts travel to another country; the pride of the Georgian traditional craft follows them, and it can be noticed in every detail. All the products created in the workshop involve conservation of nature, the involvement of the theme and its correct interpretation, the colours that they have taken from the landscape around, and the motifs that reflect the flora and fauna around us are among the themes of our creations. Through their activities, they give an example to the local community, that harmonious coexistence with nature is possible through the sustainable use of local natural resources. They use local wool, which is no longer processed and is mainly thrown into nature, causing a lot of damage to the environment. In a small, but sustainable way, they contribute to reducing the pressure on the environment.

Les tapis de Kizikian se distinguent des autres tapis caucasiens par leur valeur artistique, leur technique de fabrication et leur esthétique unique. Ils sont porteurs d’informations importantes. Les traditions culturelles ancestrales du peuple qui les a créés, son mode de vie, son esprit d’initiative et son rapport à l’environnement transparaissent dans les couleurs du tissu et dans la technique utilisée pour réaliser les motifs.

L’atelier « PESVEBI », fondé en 2006, perpétue cette tradition. Situé à Dedoplistskaro, il emploie huit femmes de la région, dont deux sont en situation de handicap. Fort de 20 ans d’expérience dans la restauration et le développement des tapis traditionnels géorgiens, l’atelier se distingue par la densité de tissage, les couleurs et le haut niveau artistique de la composition des motifs. Cet atelier est le seul en Géorgie à posséder une expérience considérable dans la teinture à l’aide de colorants naturels. S’appuyant sur des données ethnographiques, il mène des expériences avec des colorants qui ne sont plus utilisés aujourd’hui. Les avancées dans ce domaine sont importantes, car les couleurs traditionnelles contribuent de manière significative à la grande qualité du travail, qui a été maintes fois admirée par les experts lors de diverses expositions. Nous avons reçu le certificat récompensant le meilleur produit artisanal de Transcaucasie. L’atelier a participé à des expositions en Géorgie ainsi qu’à de nombreuses expositions internationales. Situé dans la réserve de biosphère de Dedoplistskaro, l’atelier s’est vu décerner le label « Kakheti ».

S’appuyant sur un héritage historique, notre atelier a redonné vie et développé ce domaine du patrimoine culturel. Des années d’expérimentation (tant sur le plan du design que de la technologie) nous ont permis de créer des produits adaptés à la modernité, qui ont résolu de nombreux problèmes importants, apportant ainsi des avantages tant pour nous que pour la société. La tendance à l’achat d’articles faits main s’est renforcée ; les consommateurs souhaitent acquérir des produits alliant des matériaux naturels à des esthétiques anciennes et traditionnelles. Nous permettons à nos clients d’utiliser des produits géorgiens uniques dans leur vie quotidienne et d’exprimer ainsi leur individualité et leur style particulier.

L’atelier fait la promotion de sa région lorsque ses objets artisanaux voyagent à l’étranger ; la fierté de l’artisanat traditionnel géorgien les accompagne, et cela se remarque dans chaque détail. Tous les produits créés dans l’atelier s’inscrivent dans une démarche de préservation de la nature : l’intégration du thème et son interprétation fidèle, les couleurs puisées dans le paysage environnant, ainsi que les motifs reflétant la flore et la faune qui nous entourent font partie des thèmes de nos créations. Par leurs activités, ils montrent à la communauté locale qu’une coexistence harmonieuse avec la nature est possible grâce à l’utilisation durable des ressources naturelles locales. Ils utilisent de la laine locale, qui n’est plus transformée et qui est principalement jetée dans la nature, causant ainsi de nombreux dommages à l’environnement. À leur échelle, modeste mais durable, ils contribuent à réduire la pression sur l’environnement.

Las alfombras de Kizikian son especiales y destacan entre las alfombras del Cáucaso por su valor artístico, su técnica de elaboración y su estética característica. Contienen información importante. Las antiguas tradiciones culturales del pueblo creador, su modo de vida, su espíritu emprendedor y su actitud hacia el medio ambiente se reflejan en los colores del tejido y en la técnica de elaboración de los motivos decorativos.

El taller «PESVEBI», fundado en 2006, continúa esta tradición. El taller está situado en Dedoplistskaro y da empleo a ocho mujeres de la zona, dos de las cuales son personas con discapacidad. El taller cuenta con 20 años de experiencia en la restauración y el desarrollo de alfombras tradicionales georgianas. Los productos que aquí se crean se distinguen por la densidad del tejido, el color y el alto nivel artístico de la composición de los motivos. El taller es el único de Georgia que cuenta con una experiencia considerable en el teñido con tintes naturales. Basándose en material etnográfico, lleva a cabo experimentos con tintes que ya no se utilizan. El éxito en este ámbito es importante, ya que los colores tradicionales contribuyen de manera significativa a la alta calidad del trabajo, que ha sido admirada en repetidas ocasiones por los expertos en diversas exposiciones. Hemos recibido el certificado al mejor producto artesanal de la Transcaucasia. El taller ha participado tanto en Georgia como en numerosas exposiciones internacionales. El taller está situado en la reserva de la biosfera de Dedoplistskaro y ha sido galardonado con la marca de calidad «Kakheti».

Partiendo de los antecedentes históricos, el taller ha recuperado y desarrollado este ámbito del patrimonio cultural. Años de experimentación (tanto en diseño como en tecnología) nos han permitido crear productos adaptados a la modernidad, que han resuelto muchos problemas importantes, aportando así beneficios tanto a nosotros como a la sociedad. La tendencia a comprar artículos hechos a mano ha aumentado; los consumidores desean adquirir productos que combinen materiales naturales con un aspecto antiguo y tradicional. Permitimos a nuestros clientes utilizar productos georgianos únicos en su vida cotidiana y, de este modo, expresar su individualidad y su estilo personal.

El taller promociona su región cuando sus artesanías viajan a otro país; el orgullo por la artesanía tradicional georgiana las acompaña, y esto se aprecia en cada detalle. Todos los productos creados en el taller implican la conservación de la naturaleza; la incorporación del tema y su correcta interpretación, los colores extraídos del paisaje circundante y los motivos que reflejan la flora y la fauna que nos rodean se encuentran entre los temas de nuestras creaciones. A través de sus actividades, dan ejemplo a la comunidad local de que la coexistencia armoniosa con la naturaleza es posible mediante el uso sostenible de los recursos naturales locales. Utilizan lana local, que ya no se procesa y que, en su mayor parte, acaba abandonada en la naturaleza, causando un gran daño al medio ambiente. De una forma modesta, pero sostenible, contribuyen a reducir la presión sobre el medio ambiente.

I tappeti Kizikian sono speciali e si distinguono tra i tappeti caucasici per il loro valore artistico, la tecnica di realizzazione e l’estetica caratteristica. Essi racchiudono informazioni importanti: le antiche tradizioni culturali dell’etnia che li ha creati, lo stile di vita, l’attitudine imprenditoriale e il rapporto con l’ambiente si riflettono nei colori del tessuto e nella tecnica di realizzazione dei motivi ornamentali.

Il laboratorio «PESVEBI», fondato nel 2006, porta avanti questa tradizione. Il laboratorio si trova a Dedoplistskaro e impiega otto donne del posto, due delle quali sono persone con disabilità. Il laboratorio vanta 20 anni di esperienza nel restauro e nello sviluppo dei tappeti tradizionali georgiani. I prodotti realizzati qui si distinguono per la densità della tessitura, i colori e l’elevato livello artistico della composizione degli ornamenti. Il laboratorio è l’unico in Georgia a vantare una notevole esperienza nella tintura con coloranti naturali. Sulla base di materiale etnografico, conduce esperimenti con coloranti ormai in disuso. Il successo in questo campo è importante perché i colori tradizionali contribuiscono in modo significativo all’elevata qualità del lavoro, che è stata più volte apprezzata dagli esperti in occasione di varie mostre. Abbiamo ricevuto il certificato come miglior prodotto artigianale della Transcaucasia. Il laboratorio ha partecipato a numerose mostre sia in Georgia che a livello internazionale. Il laboratorio si trova nella riserva della biosfera di Dedoplistskaro e ha ottenuto il marchio di qualità «Kakheti».

Partendo dai presupposti storici, il nostro laboratorio ha valorizzato e sviluppato questo settore del patrimonio culturale. Anni di sperimentazione (sia nel campo del design che in quello tecnologico) ci hanno permesso di creare prodotti al passo con i tempi, in grado di risolvere molte problematiche importanti, apportando così benefici sia a noi che alla società. La tendenza all’acquisto di articoli fatti a mano è in crescita; i consumatori desiderano acquistare prodotti che combinino materiali naturali con un’estetica tradizionale e d’altri tempi. Permettiamo ai nostri clienti di utilizzare prodotti georgiani unici nella loro vita quotidiana, esprimendo così la propria individualità e il proprio stile personale.

Il laboratorio promuove la propria regione quando i suoi prodotti artigianali viaggiano verso un altro paese; l’orgoglio dell’artigianato tradizionale georgiano li accompagna e si percepisce in ogni dettaglio. Tutti i prodotti realizzati nel laboratorio implicano la tutela della natura; il coinvolgimento del tema e la sua corretta interpretazione, i colori tratti dal paesaggio circostante e i motivi che riflettono la flora e la fauna che ci circondano sono tra i temi delle nostre creazioni. Attraverso le loro attività, offrono un esempio alla comunità locale, dimostrando che una convivenza armoniosa con la natura è possibile grazie all’uso sostenibile delle risorse naturali locali. Utilizzano la lana locale, che non viene più lavorata e viene per lo più abbandonata nell’ambiente, causando gravi danni all’ambiente. In modo modesto ma sostenibile, contribuiscono a ridurre la pressione sull’ambiente.

ქიზიყური ხალიჩები კავკასიურ ხალიჩებს შორის განსაკუთრებული და გამორჩეულია თავისი მხატვრული ღირებულებით, შესრულების ტექნიკითა და უნიკალური ესთეტიკით. ისინი მნიშვნელოვან კულტურულ ინფორმაციას ატარებენ უძველესი კულტურული ტრადიციები, ცხოვრების წესი და გარემოსადმი დამოკიდებულება აისახება როგორც ქსოვილის ფერებში, ასევე ორნამენტების შექმნის ტექნიკაში.

2006 წელს დაარსებული სახელოსნო „ფესვები“ სწორედ ამ ტრადიციის გაგრძელებას ემსახურება. სტუდია მდებარეობს დედოფლისწყაროში და მასში დასაქმებულია რვა ადგილობრივი ქალი, მათ შორის ორი შეზღუდული შესაძლებლობის მქონე პირია. სახელოსნოს ტრადიციული ქართული ხალიჩების აღდგენისა და განვითარების მიმართულებით 20-წლიანი გამოცდილება აქვს.

აქ შექმნილი პროდუქცია გამოირჩევა ქსოვის სიმჭიდროვით, ფერთა დახვეწილი შეხამებითა და ორნამენტული კომპოზიციების მაღალი მხატვრული დონით. სახელოსნო საქართველოში ერთადერთია, რომელსაც ბუნებრივი საღებავებით შეღებვის მიმართულებით მნიშვნელოვანი გამოცდილება აქვს. ეთნოგრაფიულ მასალებზე დაყრდნობით, იგი ატარებს ექსპერიმენტებს იმ საღებავებთან დაკავშირებით, რომლებიც დღეს აღარ გამოიყენება. ამ მიმართულებით მიღწეული წარმატება განსაკუთრებით მნიშვნელოვანია, რადგან ტრადიციული ფერები მნიშვნელოვან როლს ასრულებს ნამუშევრების მაღალ ხარისხსა და ავთენტურობაში – რაც არაერთხელ აღუნიშნავთ სხვადასხვა გამოფენაზე ხელოვნების ექსპერტებს.

სახელოსნომ მიიღო სერტიფიკატი, როგორც ამიერკავკასიაში საუკეთესო ხელნაკეთი პროდუქტის შემქმნელმა. „ფესვებს“ მონაწილეობა აქვს მიღებული როგორც საქართველოში, ასევე მრავალ საერთაშორისო გამოფენაში.

ისტორიული წინაპირობების საფუძველზე, სახელოსნომ აღადგინა და განავითარა კულტურული მემკვიდრეობის ეს მნიშვნელოვანი მიმართულება. მრავალწლიანი ექსპერიმენტების შედეგად – როგორც დიზაინის, ასევე ტექნოლოგიის თვალსაზრისით – შეიქმნა თანამედროვე რეალობასთან ადაპტირებული პროდუქცია, რომელმაც მნიშვნელოვანი გამოწვევების გადაჭრას შეუწყო ხელი და სარგებელი მოუტანა როგორც სახელოსნოს, ისე საზოგადოებას.

ბოლო წლებში გაიზარდა ინტერესი ხელნაკეთი ნივთების მიმართ. მომხმარებლები სულ უფრო მეტად ეძებენ ბუნებრივ მასალებთან, ტრადიციულ ვიზუალთან და უნიკალურ ისტორიასთან დაკავშირებულ პროდუქტებს. „ფესვები“ მომხმარებლებს საშუალებას აძლევს, ყოველდღიურ ცხოვრებაში გამოიყენონ უნიკალური ქართული ხელნაკეთი ნივთები და ამ გზით გამოხატონ საკუთარი ინდივიდუალობა და განსაკუთრებული სტილი.

სახელოსნო ხელს უწყობს ჩვენი რეგიონის პოპულარიზაციას – როდესაც სახელოსნოს ხელნაკეთი ნამუშევრები სხვა ქვეყნებში მოგზაურობს, მათ თან მიჰყვება ქართული ტრადიციული ხელობის სიამაყე, რომელიც თითოეულ დეტალში იგრძნობა.

სახელოსნოში შექმნილი ყველა პროდუქტი ეფუძნება ბუნების დაცვის პრინციპებს, თემატიკის გააზრებულ შერჩევასა და მის სწორ ინტერპრეტაციას. ნამუშევრებში ასახულია გარემოსგან შთაგონებული ფერები, ადგილობრივი ლანდშაფტის ელემენტები, ასევე რეგიონის ფლორისა და ფაუნის ამსახველი მოტივები.

სახელოსნოს თავისი საქმიანობით ადგილობრივ საზოგადოებას აჩვენებს, რომ ბუნებასთან ჰარმონიული თანაარსებობა შესაძლებელია ადგილობრივი ბუნებრივი რესურსების მდგრადი გამოყენების გზით. იყენებს ადგილობრივ მატყლს, რომელიც დღეს აღარ მუშავდება და ხშირად ბუნებაში იყრება, რაც გარემოს მნიშვნელოვან ზიანს აყენებს. მცირე, თუმცა მდგრადი ნაბიჯებით, სახელოსნოს წვლილი შეაქვს გარემოზე ზეწოლის შემცირებაში და ტრადიციული ხელობის შენარჩუნებაში.
