Weaving Workshop

Take an 18-hour course on weaving using a traditional 4-shaft loom (no prior experience required).
Program:

Day 1: Weaving theory, different threading patterns, and preparing a mixed warp.

Day 2: Setting up a test warp (one loom per person).

Day 3: Introduction to weaving, covering basic stitches and finishing techniques.

Day 4: Setting up a warp for your own project (max. 25 cm wide).

Days 5 & 6: Weaving your personal project.

You will leave with a set of samples and your own small woven piece.

The course takes place on Saturdays—October 17 and 24; November 14, 21, and 28; and December 12—from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at 48 Rue Armand Campenhout, 1050 Ixelles.

Price: €350 per person (maximum 4 participants). The price includes the use of equipment and the wool.
