The 2025 ENCATC Congress will take place from 15-17 September 2025 as an in-person event in Barcelona, Spain. This flagship international gathering, alongside other major activities, will also host the 2025 Research Conference, further solidifying its pivotal role in promoting access to cutting-edge research in the fields of cultural management and cultural policy.
This year’s Congress is uniquely positioned to substantially contribute to the Mondiacult Conference 2025, as both events will be held in Barcelona. By aligning its Congress and Research Conference with Mondiacult, ENCATC aims to amplify its voice and expertise, providing a dedicated platform for researchers, academics, and practitioners to engage in critical discussions that will help shape the global cultural agenda.
Through this alignment, ENCATC underscores shared goals with Mondiacult, including:
- Advancing cultural rights as a cornerstone of sustainable societies.
- Addressing contemporary challenges in cultural management and policy.
- Enhancing international cooperation in cultural innovation and development.
