The European Artistic Crafts Days (EACD) 2025 will take place from 31 March to 6 April 2025, under the theme “The Golden Thread”. Organised by L’Institut pour les Savoir-Faire Français, the EACD is an international celebration of craftsmanship, attracting over 2 million visitors and hosting more than 8,000 events across 27 countries each spring.
As part of this initiative, the European Crafts Alliance (ECA) is offering 40 grants of €500 to support activities during EACD 2025. These activities can include fairs, exhibitions, workshops, live demonstrations, museum visits, and more, aiming to bring craftsmanship closer to the public and highlight the richness of European artistic crafts.
Who Can Apply?
Public or private entities linked to the crafts sector, such as training centers, associations, museums, and organizations actively participating in EACD 2025, are eligible to apply.
Key Dates
- Applications open: 6 February – 3 March 2025
- Selected applicants informed: 7 March 2025
- Final confirmations due: 13 March 2025
- Final reports due: 10 April 2025
Even if you do not receive a grant, you are encouraged to participate and celebrate European crafts during EACD 2025.
