Imitation of woods & marble – Advertising and sign lettering – Decorative panels – Gold and silver leaf and gilding under glass – Trompe l’œil and theatre decoration

The courses, which are essentially practical, take place over 6 months from October to March. The method is based on progressive learning of the use of the tools specifically developed for the painter-decorator.
The models come from the archives of the last 100 years, complemented by demonstrations and natural samples of the woods and marbles being studied.

Thierry Bosquet, Costumier, theatre decorator, responsible for theatre decoration and trompe l’œil.
Kevin Cocquio, Peintre en lettre, doreur, chargé du cours de lettrage et enseigne.
Jérôme Malevez, Architecte inscrit à l’Ordre. Enseignant Ucouvain, Faculté d’architecture, d’ingénierie architecturale, d’urbanisme. Chargé du cours de perspective
Eugénie Obolensky, Theatre decorator, responsible for observation drawing and the moving model.
Denise Van der Kelen, Trained between 1970 and 1995 by Clément Van der Kelen, responsible for teaching imitation of wood and marble, as well as decoration.

Sylvie Van der Kelen, Certificated in archaeology and history of art, trained since her formative years, responsible for teaching imitation of wood and marble, gilding and gilding under glass, professional practice and responsible for the works department.
